Spelling With Letter Tiles

There are a few programs that set up their phonics learning around letter tiles.  Physically manipulating letters to form a word is a good way to get a child engaged in the spelling process. I decided to give it a try with our own letter tiles.  As I called out the words, G spelled then using the tiles.  Here's a printable copy of the letter tiles we created for the spelling tile activity so you can try it out yourself!  Just print,  cut,  and laminate. You can also do this same activity with Scrabble tiles!
